TO BUY

You can also choose to modify your customer data and provide new shipping addresses.

HOW PURCHASE IS FORMALIZED
The information and contents of this website do not constitute an offer of sale, but an invitation to do business. There will be no contract with DIVERSAL in relation to any product until the order has been expressly accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted and a charge has already been made to your account, the amount will be refunded in full.

Withdrawal

According to the wording of art. 71 of the Consumer Law, the latter has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the order, without the need of an apparent reason.
DIVERSAL will proceed to refund the entire amount of the order made by the consumer, unless the customer wishes that DIVERSAL is responsible for the collection of products, in which case the return costs are borne by the customer, except when the decision of The refund is the consequence of a non-compliance or a problem with a guarantee. In this case, DIVERSAL will proceed to change or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.

As far as possible, the products must be sent back in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return shipment that will be provided to the customer. In case of not returning in the original packaging, the remitted products may suffer a depreciation in value according to the stipulated in art. 68 and ss. of the Consumer Law.
Upon receipt and verification of the products, DIVERSAL will reimburse the customer for all returned merchandise within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Return

Processing

We remind the consumer that after 14 (fourteen) calendar days of withdrawal, no refund will be accepted, except when the decision to return is the result of a non-compliance or a problem contrasted warranty. In this case, DIVERSAL will proceed to change or refund the defective or non-conforming products free of charge.

DIVERSAL will accept the return of those customers who have exercised the right of withdrawal within fourteen calendar days following the receipt of the product and without a date limit for those products in which a hidden defect is found. The customer who declares that the product received has a hidden defect must return it to DIVERSAL. In the case of a non-conformity with the product or a breakdown thereof, DIVERSAL reserves the right to proceed with a contradictory expert report.

If the products shipped are incomplete or damaged, DIVERSAL reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, DIVERSAL will reimburse the customer for all the merchandise within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Return methods

All orders that want to be returned, must be reported to our customer service team. The products must be in the original state. Under these conditions the customer can receive the refund (if applicable) of the entire order.

It has two methods of return:

1. You may request that DIVERSAL collect from you and the expenses shall be borne by the customer, so they will be deducted from the refund of the order. The client will be informed previously of the cost of the collection, so that this one of its conformity.
2. You can return the goods by your own means, thus taking charge of the return costs yourself. In this case, you must request it by email to the following address: info@diversal.es

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
DIVERSAL has the largest and best stock available, the own of each factory. The proximity and a daily pick-up service facilitate the availability of the products, if still we did not have the product in the established times, we would contact you. to inform you.

SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN AND COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs in mainland Spain are included for orders over € 90 and less than 20 kg.
Orders of less than € 90, have a cost of € 5.50.
Shipments to countries of the European Union, have a reduced cost, which is necessary to consult in the section "Shopping Cart", since these are calculated based on the weight * and the country of destination.
Shipments to Spain have a delivery time between 48 and 96 hours.
The terms of delivery of goods, are calculated counting only on business days.

* Shipping costs are calculated with the highest of the weights, whether weight or physical weight.

GUARANTEE


All items sold by DIVERSAL are 100% original, being DIVERSAL distributor authorized by the brands.
DIVERSAL will respond for the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery of the product. In those incidents that justify the use of the DIVERSAL guarantee, it undertakes to replace, repair, reduce the price or terminate the contract in the legally established terms, which will be free for the user. The user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it. When the life of the product is less than two years, it will be understood, unless proven otherwise, that the products are in accordance with the contract provided they meet the requirements that are expressed below: a) They conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model. b) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined. c) Presents the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can fundamentally expect, taking into account the nature of the product (...)
The guarantee applies exclusively to the product initially received, and no refund or exchange is possible if further modifications of the products contained in the original order have taken place.
Likewise, any liability for indirect or collateral damages is excluded.

INFORMATION ON PAYMENT SYSTEMS
Cash on delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery of the shipment. Only valid for Spain. The cash-back expenses are paid by the client and have a maximum amount of € 500.

Bank transfer: After placing the order, the system will send you an email with the identification data of your order, the DIVERSAL confirmation mail or fax and the bank coordinates of DIVERSAL, in order to make your transfer. Once the transfer is made, send us a copy of the receipt issued and stamped by the bank, to the confirmation email or fax and we will process your shipment. Otherwise, we will wait for the natural reception of the transfer in our bank account (24/48 hours of national origin, 3/4 days of international origin) to make the shipment.
The transfer costs are borne by the client.

Paypal: To be able to make use of this system, you must first register in www.paypal.es.

Cards: Payment is accepted with EURO 6000, MASTERCARD, VISA cards.

TAXES
All the products and services include the indirect taxes established by law for Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which, due to their special legislation, do not have VAT.
